Vagrant SRD - Playtest 7 - Boons & Curses

Playtest 7 explores a kind of optional rule at the GM's disposal. Boons & Curses are a unique method of creating tension and reward for players that are determined to delve into dangerous and mysterious circumstances.

The Boons & Curses Table features a  total of 16 unique effects that might occur, given a player's penchant for adventure. A heroic player may be blessed with Mythical or Noble status, while a greedy character may become Apathetic or Forlorn.

Following the Companion Guide will give GMs a new tool to tempt players into making risky and heroic choices throughout the course of a story.
